Privacy policy

Updated 29 September 2026

A short version without legal jargon: what we learn about you on this site, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible for your data

The website evotarget.com and the Evotarget team that runs it. "We" below. We will provide the legal entity details on request and list them here once registered.

For any question about your data, write to moc.tegratove@emoclew. We answer within 30 days, usually within one or two working days.

What we collect

From the lead form. Your name, phone or Telegram, and the message. If you filled them in, also your website, budget and business type. We also record the page the form was sent from.

Technical data. Your IP address when you send the form. We use it only against spam: we count how many requests came from one address in 10 minutes. It lives in the server’s memory and disappears after 10 minutes.

Analytics. Only if you clicked “Allow” in the cookie banner. Then Google Analytics and Meta Pixel see which pages you opened, where you came from and whether you sent a request. They do not get your name or phone.

The calculators and the budget estimate run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to our server. If you allowed analytics, it sees only the business type and budget from the estimate, with no name or contacts.

Why

  • To reply to your request and prepare an offer.
  • To sign a contract if you decide to work with us.
  • Analytics: to understand which of our ads bring people and which do not.

We do not sell data or share it for anyone else’s advertising. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them separately.

You send the form yourself to get a reply from us. That is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. Analytics has one basis: your consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees the data

  • Telegram. Requests arrive in our work chat.
  • Resend, Inc. (USA). The service that delivers requests to our email.
  • Hosting provider. The server the site runs on.
  • Google and Meta. Analytics only, and only after your consent.

Some of these services operate outside Ukraine and the EU. Transfers happen under the safeguards these companies use, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

A request that did not lead to working together is deleted after 12 months. If we signed a contract, the data is kept for the term of the contract and for as long as tax law requires after it.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Your choice in the banner is saved in the browser so we do not ask twice.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel set their cookies only after you click “Allow”. Changed your mind: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. You can also clear cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You can:

  • find out what data we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • withdraw consent to analytics;
  • get your data in a portable format.

To do any of this, write to moc.tegratove@emoclew. If you believe we violated your rights, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority in your EU country.

Changes

When this page changes, we update the date at the top. If the change is significant, for example a new service that sees requests, we will say so here.
